Welcome to Kingdom Style Design Enterprises. By accessing our website, requesting a quote, placing an order, making a deposit, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or doing business with us.

1. Company Services

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises provides custom design, fabrication, automotive interior work, custom consoles, door panels, speaker pods, speaker boxes, trim accessories, and related products or services.

Because many of our services are custom-made, project details, pricing, timelines, materials, and final results may vary based on the customer’s request, vehicle condition, product availability, design complexity, and approved specifications.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of request. Prices may change if additional work, materials, repairs, design changes, or labor are required.

A quote is not considered final until confirmed by Kingdom Style Design Enterprises. We reserve the right to update pricing before work begins if project requirements change.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for each customer and may include personalized designs, measurements, materials, colors, layouts, fabrication, upholstery, or specialty requests.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all project details before production begins. Once a custom order has started, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

4. Payments and Deposits

Deposits may be required before work begins. Deposits secure your project slot, materials, and labor preparation.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered, design work begins, or production has started.

Final payment must be made before the completed product is released, installed, shipped, or delivered.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated completion times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Turnaround times may be affected by material availability, project complexity, supplier delays, customer response time, scheduling, weather, shipping delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, customer-provided parts, or changes requested after the project has started.

6. Customer-Provided Items

If a customer provides their own parts, materials, vehicle components, or accessories, Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for defects, hidden damage, incorrect fitment, poor material quality, or failure of customer-provided items.

Additional labor or materials needed to repair, modify, or work around customer-provided items may result in additional charges.

7. Product Appearance and Variations

Custom work may have slight variations in color, texture, stitching, material grain, lighting appearance, fitment, or finish due to the handmade nature of the work, screen display differences, material availability, and vehicle condition.

These natural variations do not automatically qualify as defects.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless a product is deemed defective due to an error in workmanship or production.

Customers must contact Kingdom Style Design Enterprises within 3 days of product delivery to report a defective product. Requests made after the 3-day period may not be eligible for review.

Customers may be required to provide photos, videos, order details, and a written description of the issue. If the product is approved as defective after review, Kingdom Style Design Enterprises may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or transit.

9. Shipping and Transit

Once an item is handed over to a shipping carrier, Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees may apply if an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

10. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. If materials have been ordered, design work has started, or production has begun, cancellation may not be available, and deposits or payments may be non-refundable.

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order or service request at our discretion.

11. Vehicle and Installation Disclaimer

For vehicle-related services, customers acknowledge that custom fabrication, upholstery, and interior modifications may require alterations to existing parts, panels, trim, or vehicle components.

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, worn parts, electrical problems, structural concerns, or unrelated vehicle issues discovered during or after the project.

12. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, graphics, layouts, written content, logos, branding, and creative work produced by Kingdom Style Design Enterprises remain the property of Kingdom Style Design Enterprises unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, resell, or claim ownership of our designs, images, or creative work without written permission.

13. Photos and Marketing Use

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises may photograph or record completed work for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional use unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the project is completed.

14. Limitation of Liability

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, services, custom work, shipping, installation, or project delays.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in question.

15. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy website content, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or remove any website content at any time without notice.

16. Changes to These Terms

Kingdom Style Design Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised terms.
