Order Processing
Because many of our products are custom-made, processing and completion times may vary depending on the type of product, project details, material availability, and current workload.
Estimated completion or processing times will be provided when available. These estimates are not guaranteed and may change due to project complexity, supplier delays, customer approval time, or circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Timeframes
Once an order is completed and ready to ship, it will be packaged and transferred to the shipping carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, and other transit-related delays.
Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our possession.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method required for the order. Any applicable shipping fees will be discussed or calculated before the item is shipped.
For large, oversized, fragile, or custom-built items, additional packaging or freight charges may apply.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for delays, returned packages, misdeliveries, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Damage During Transit
Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or transit. Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit-related issues are outside of our control.
Customers should inspect their package immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, the customer should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials, photos of the damaged item, and delivery information for claim purposes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Local Pickup or Delivery
Local pickup or delivery may be available for certain orders or custom projects when arranged in advance. Pickup or delivery details must be confirmed before the order is completed.
Custom and Oversized Orders
Some custom products, automotive parts, consoles, door panels, speaker boxes, or specialty items may require special handling, larger packaging, or freight shipping. Shipping availability and pricing for oversized items will be determined based on the specific project.
