Refund policy

At Kingdom Style Design Enterprises, we take pride in providing custom products and quality craftsmanship. Because many of our products and services are custom-made, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will only be considered if a product is deemed defective due to an error in workmanship or production.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of product delivery to report any defective product. Requests made after the 3-day period may not be eligible for review. To help us properly assess the issue, customers may be required to provide photos, videos, order details, and a description of the defect.

Please note that Kingdom Style Design Enterprises is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or transit. Once an item leaves our possession and is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit-related damage falls outside of our control.

If a product is approved as defective after review, we may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

By completing a purchase with Kingdom Style Design Enterprises, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Refund Policy.
